    Best robe ever. Even better customer support

    I accidentally ordered a size too large during the holiday season on a limited series item.

    I contacted customer support, who said that even though it was out of stock in the size down, they have one coming back as a return and will hold it till I ship mine back.

    I did and received the correct size 2-3 days later. Shipping was super fast. Support was awesome. The best news is that she loves wearing it because it's both soft and well-designed.
