HOLIDAY RETURNS

Holiday Returns will be accepted until January 10th, 2025 for orders purchased during our Black Friday Sale through December.

STANDARD RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

If you missed the 14 day return window, you can still return your order for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.

Unworn, with tags, free of make up, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, and in its original packaging.

If your return is not free of pet hair, there will be a 15% restocking fee. 

If your item is not free of perfume and deodorant, we will not except your item(s) and we will mail it back to you.

Yes, exchanges are free.

If you wish to return for a refund, there is a $8.99 shipping fee that will be deducted from your total refund amount.
